AVP Global Customer Centricity

Blair Ball is Assistant Vice President, Global Customer Centricity at Manulife. In her role, Blair manages the framework and approach which the organization uses to approach customer experience. This includes sourcing data from our customers and intermediaries, and developing the system to act on that feedback in an intelligent way to build differentiated experiences for customers.

Prior to her role, Blair led strategic planning at Manulife. She has also led strategy and business development at the Bounties Network, and prior to that worked as a consultant at Kearney. Blair graduated from Ivey Business School at Western University with a Honours Bachelor of Arts in Business, and is currently completing her Executive MBA through a joint program at Columbia Business School and London Business School.
