- Phuong is a leader with over 15 years of experience in Payments and Product Management where she spent quite some time at TD Bank (10+ years) as well as time at Interac Corp
- At Interac Corp, she built out the roadmap to drive Debit growth in the Canadian market working with all of the Banks, Acquirers and some big Merchants
- She’s held various leadership roles managing Lending Products, Credit Cards, and Deposits. Phuong has also delivered new payment products and innovation launching the TD Visa Debit card and as well as building out strategic roadmaps to deliver on business vision
- At CIBC, she’s lead transformation, business payments and commerce solution initiatives to drive business value
- She is currently the Vice President, Payments at CIBC where she leads the product and strategy team
