Stéphane Zanoni is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Riva International, a Canadian purpose-driven software company with a global footprint. Riva helps some of the world’s largest banks, wealth management companies and leading hedge funds to improve their customer experience, enterprise applications workflow interoperability, and data security and privacy.
As the CTO, Stéphane is accountable for product development and innovation, information security, data privacy, secure software development life cycle, technical feasibility studies, research into techniques and methods, review of existing, emerging, and competing technologies, technical specifications, technical analysis and feature design, product and engineering quality including programming, testing, preparation of development documentation, project planning, and company-wide compliance controls.
Under Stéphane’s leadership, Riva has helped lead digital transformations in 40 of the world’s largest banks, five of the Big Five Canadian banks, and over 50 Fortune 500 companies with over 200,000 users who benefit from Riva’s revenue and communication data automation and customer intelligence platform.
