I’ve always been curious – about people, systems, and how things can work better. That curiosity (plus a healthy dose of determination) is what led me to study and work across the US, Canada, and Europe, and what still drives me today. Over the years, I’ve taken on roles that looked very different on paper, but the common thread is this: I like solving problems that matter, making things clearer and more effective, and helping people do their best work.

A few things I’ve learned about myself:

  1. I’m good at untangling complexity. I listen, ask the right questions, and connect dots in unique ways – usually to improve a process, experience, or outcome.
  2. I care a lot about how teams work. I build relationships based on trust and honesty, and I’m not afraid to respectfully challenge ideas when something doesn’t feel right.
  3. I love what digital can do, especially when it helps people. I’ve used digital tools and strategies to make customer experiences smoother, faster, and more human.


Outside of work, I give time to causes I care about: DEI, wellness, and sustainability. And when I’m not in work mode, I’m usually with my family (often outdoors), testing a new healthy recipe, or planning our next trip. I’m also trying to learn how to crochet…slowly 🙂
