His work spans business process management, business architecture, operational change, technology implementation and regulatory initiatives, with extensive experience in financial services and other complex organizations.
David is the creator of Gowism, a process-based business architecture framework designed to provide a simple, consistent approach to understanding, documenting, governing and improving business processes. His current work focuses increasingly on the relationship between process clarity, regulatory outcomes, operational resilience and readiness for AI and automation.
