As an immigrant, I have navigated borders, systems, and sectors — always driven by a belief that economic development must be inclusive, community-rooted, and future-facing. I have 16+ years of experience bridging public and private sectors to advance inclusive, place-based development. From advising Indigenous governments to consulting at a Big 4 firm, my work has spanned policy, investment, and systems change. Most recently, I led delivery of federal investments across Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Yukon, deepening my commitment to resilient communities and equity-driven growth. Now at Vancity, I bring that lens to Canada’s largest community credit union, championing economic strategies rooted in people and the communities we serve.
