Saumya is Director, Enterprise Client Experience Programs at CIBC, where she leads enterprise-wide initiatives that foster a culture of awareness and action while enhancing employee and client engagement. A client experience, marketing, and product leader with more than 17 years of experience across banking, consulting, and technology, she has held progressively senior roles spanning Client Experience Strategy, Registered Plans Marketing, Visa Debit Operations, Digital Commercial Banking, Marketing Research, Sales, and Business Analysis. She holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and an engineering degree from one of India’s leading institutes.
